I have always been a "hands-on" person. Whether I’m maintaining my own home, coaching kids on the field, or working on the board for the Bailey Lake Elementary PTA, I tend to focus on the mechanics of how things actually work.

In real estate, this means I look past the staging to see the structure. My background in business and sales management taught me how to handle complex details and paperwork without losing sight of the goal. I don't consider myself a salesman; I consider myself a consultant. While I am deeply rooted in the Bailey Lake community, I serve clients throughout Oakland county.

Having coached USA Swimming and youth sports for over 20 years, I know that the best results come from clear instruction and preparation. Whether you are buying your first home or selling a property you’ve owned for decades, my job is to make sure you understand every step of the process.

My wife, Kate, and I are both Realtors and deeply involved with our five kids and the community. I use that same family-first, common-sense perspective with every client I work with.
